AttoLife is delighted to launch our user-friendly new Case Tracking Portal for the legal profession.
The portal offers maximum security and full control over your cases. Any time there is a change to your case, whether that's DNA, Drug or Alcohol testing, we'll notify you. Or you can log in at any time to track the case status using our real-time tracking option.
Once you have logged in, you’ll be able to see all your current cases and what stage they are at in the process:

To access your Expert Report, simply click on the file name. From here, you'll be able to view and download the report.
The AttoLife Portal also lets you share comments with our team.
If you have any questions pertaining to a case, such as when a sample collection is booked, what our turn around time is, or when the reports will be ready, just ask using the comments area in the portal.
Whatever your query, your dedicated case manager will always be on hand to answer your questions and help in any way we can.
